Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does a free check cost me?

Nothing. You see your score and areas on screen before we ask for anything. To receive your tailored PDF report, we ask for your name, business and email.

What is in the PDF report?

Your score, your four area scores, an area-by-area view, your top three opportunities with what to do first, a 30-day starter plan and what a deeper review would measure. It is built from your answers, so no two reports are the same.

Is the check an audit or a benchmark?

No. It is a self-assessment based on your own answers. It points to areas worth a closer look; a paid review measures them with your actual data.

I run a clinic, not a pharmacy. Does this apply?

Yes. Both checks have an edition for medical, allied health, dental and optometry practices. The Pharmacy Profit & Risk Review is pharmacy-specific; clinics get a Practice Operations Review built on the same approach.

How are reviews priced?

Each review has a fixed scope and fee, set out in a written proposal before any work begins.

Do you also work with pharmaceutical companies?

Yes. Our main practice helps biopharma plan Canadian market access and launches. Pharmacy and clinic reviews are a separate, dedicated service. Learn about pharma advisory →
